Urbanistik is managing the turnkey design and development of Gungahlin Homestead Estate on behalf of Crace Holdings, a syndicate of Canberra investors, who purchased the 36 hectare pastoral property in 2023. The magnificent sandstone homestead will be the centrepiece of a vibrant new retirement lifestyle community comprising approximately 800 dwellings, from detached family homes to independent living and high care accommodation. The community will be set in a rejuvenated landscape under a canopy of majestic heritage trees.
