Urbanistik brings to the Kamberra Urban Precinct a commitment to deliver on the project owners' inspiring regenerative development vision. An exciting new urban precinct in the most liveable city in the world, Kamberra will be designed from the ground up to heal Country, build community, and prove that regeneration and prosperity can be achieved together.
Located at the northern gateway to Canberra, the 13 hectare site at Lyneham is directly adjacent to the Phillip Avenue light rail stop and the City-to-Gungahlin transit corridor. It is a location of exceptional strategic significance.
